At BlueJay Avenue, we want your shopping experience to be perfect. If you received a damaged item we'll replace the item if it's still available or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.
We want you to love your purchase. We recommend you to inspect your purchased item upon receival. If you received a damaged item, please notify us immediately. Please include your order number and the name of the item that was damaged.
Some of our items are shipped directly from our manufacturer and some others are shipped directly from our warehouse.
We know how frustrating it can be if items’ having missing parts.
Please let us know immediately as soon as you acknowledge. We will ship you for free and at no extra charge.
You will be charged immediately after placing your order. Upon successful processing of your payment, made-to-order items will be placed into production.

Yes, we do provide discounts occasionally on our site. Unfortunately, we do not provide discounts or adjustments upon request. All product prices mentioned on our website will be the final product amount shown in the checkout page.

SHIPPING
Important Note (Update 1/1/22) Due to industry wide supply chain constraints and instability, some items may take longer to ship. We request you to place your order immediately so we can ship you the available item as soon as possible.
Most orders are shipped through UPS, but could be through USPS, FedEx, or DHL if a better availability is presented.
We process our shipment as soon as we receive the order. Some of our products are made by manufacturers. Considering the current supply chain and logistics issues, packages may delay to arrive.

Domestic orders(US): Estimated 5-10 business days.
International orders: Estimated 10-20 business days.
Made-To-Order Items: Estimated 3-5 weeks that includes business days only.

No, unfortunately we do not provide free shipping to orders that are outside USA. Shipping charges will be calculated based on total package weight and dimensions.

RETURN
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
To be eligible(approve)* for a return and refund
your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Made-To-Order items are not eligible to return.Items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items cannot be returned. Items in clearance cannot be returned.
Exchanges are not available at this time. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If needed to exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@bluejayavenue.com
Shipping costs for any returned item is non-refundable.
There may be charges for restocking any returned item up to 25% of order value.
